pre-show on KODAK Digital Cinema Systems; every week,
we're installing up to 100 additional systems, connecting
to a variety of ticketing and automation systems. We know

KODAK Systems are running at 99% uptime and we're
working - with new hardware, software, and service
models - to exceed that level of performance. Potential
issues often are resolved via the network or by Kodak
engineers, without the need for exhibitor interaction -

Kodak monitors your system - remotely - 24/7/365.
We take a "heartbeat" of key components every five minutes.
Potential problems can be identified, diagnosed, and often
corrected before they become disruptive. And, via a
secure Web site, you can monitor the performance of
our system in your entire chain 24/7.
Automatic software updates
Through continued R&D, we're always adding more
capabilities to our system. Software updates are
included - and automatically installed - as part of most
KODAK Service packages.
